President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has stated that the last one year has been a challenging time for the country.

Speaking at the inauguration of engineering infrastructure in Guzape District, Abuja, the President said his administration is prioritizing people-focused development by providing essential infrastructure and amenities to improve the quality of life for Nigerians.

He also commended the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike, for his exceptional leadership and announced that the government will compensate those affected by the project.

The President named two roads in the Guzape area after Chinua Achebe and Jp Clark, following a recommendation by the Minister.
