Tinubu Presents Ministerial List, Former Governors Wike, Umahi Among 28 Nominees [SEE FULL NAMES]

After much anticipation, President Bola Tinubu’s ministerial list was presented on the floor of the Senate on Thursday afternoon.

Former Governor of Rivers State, Nyesom Wike, and ex-Governor of Ebonyi State, Dave Umahi, were among the 28 nominees read out by Senate President Godswill Akpabio.

The Chief of Staff to the President, Femi Gbajabiamila, presented the ministerial list to the Senate President at exactly 01:19 pm, putting an end to the long wait by Nigerians for the announcement.

Apart from Wike and Umahi, presidential spokesman Dele Alake was also listed as a nominee for ministerial appointment.

The list features a diverse group of individuals from different backgrounds and areas of expertise, reflecting the President’s commitment to assembling a capable and well-rounded cabinet.

Among the other nominees are Abubakar Momoh, Yusuf Maitama Tukur, Ahmad Dangiwa, Hannatu Musawa, Uche Nnaji, Betta Edu, and Dr. Diris Anite Uzoka, to name a few.
