Kim Kardashian West was just making preparations to have her eggs frozen before she went ahead to conceive daughter, North West.

The 34-year old reality TV star, who is married to hip-hop star, Kanye West, has revealed she found out she was pregnant with 17-month-old North as she was about to undergo fertility treatment.

She explained: ‘A few years ago, I was told I could never get pregnant. Three different doctors told me the same thing, which is why I wanted to have my eggs frozen. I was just about to do that when I found out I was pregnant with North.’

Kim, who has two sisters and a brother – Kourtney Kardashian, Khloe Kardashian and Rob Kardashian, as well as four other half-siblings – also revealed she would like to have two more children of her own.

The brunette beauty told ELLE UK magazine: ‘I want a boy and another girl; I want it to start happening straight away. I loved being part of a huge family – and I want that for North. We’d do IVF if nothing happens, but we both want to keep trying naturally.’

Kim also revealed her pride at seeing half-sister, Kendall Jenner become a major figure in the fashion world, having recently become the face of beauty brand, Estee Lauder.

She said: ‘I think she will be a huge star. I definitely think she will be bigger than I have ever been.’
