Tantita Security Services Nigeria Limited Chairman, High Chief Government Ekpemupolo, popularly known as Tompolo, has donated N10 billion to the Delta State Security Trust Fund to support the state’s efforts in strengthening internal security.

The donation was announced during the official launch of the Trust Fund at the Government House, Asaba, attended by Governor Sheriff Oborevwori, security chiefs, top government officials, and community leaders.

Governor Oborevwori described the gesture as a bold show of patriotism and partnership, noting that it demonstrates Tompolo’s commitment to peace and stability in the Niger Delta.

“The security of Delta is a shared responsibility. This support will go a long way in ensuring that our communities remain safe, peaceful, and open for investment,” the governor said.

The Delta State Security Trust Fund was established to mobilize resources for law enforcement agencies and enhance security infrastructure through collaboration between government and the private sector.

Tompolo, who has been instrumental in the fight against crude oil theft through his firm, Tantita Security Services, said his contribution reflects his desire to sustain peace and protect vital assets across the region.

The N10 billion donation marks one of the largest individual contributions to a state security initiative in Nigeria, setting a precedent for private sector involvement in public safety.

Officials said the fund would be deployed to improve surveillance, logistics, and rapid-response capacity across all 25 local government areas of Delta State.
