Transcorp Hotels Plc, the hospitality arm of Transnational Corporation Plc, has reported a 49 percent revenue increase to ₦72.31 billion for the third quarter ended September 30, 2025, up from ₦48.49 billion recorded in the same period last year.
Profit before tax rose by 36 percent to ₦22.4 billion, reflecting the company’s focus on operational efficiency and cost management.
The firm said the strong result was driven by its customer-focused innovation and continued expansion in Nigeria’s hospitality industry.
Chairman of Transcorp Hotels Plc, Emmanuel Nnorom, said the company’s performance underscores its commitment to profitability and investor value.
“This impressive Q3 performance highlights our strategy of cost discipline, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction. We remain dedicated to delivering sustainable returns for our shareholders,” he stated.
Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Uzo Oshogwe, said the launch of the new 5,000-seat Transcorp Centre is positioning Nigeria as a global hub for meetings and exhibitions.
“Our Q3 2025 results reflect our drive for excellence and our commitment to redefining hospitality in Africa. With our new event centre, we are making Nigeria a preferred destination for global conferences,” Oshogwe said.
