Second division football Holstein Kiel have completed the signing of Mathias Honsak from Austrian champions Red Bull Salzburg on a loan deal.
The 21-year-old midfielder last played on loan for the Austrian first division SCR Altach. Due to a hamstring he missed in the last eight championship games.
“Mathias is a fast and physically strong winger, who further optimizes our possibilities in the offensive and we are pleased that he wants to go with us the sporty way in the coming season,” said Holstein sporting director Fabian Wohlgemuth.
