The Presidential Election Tribunal has ordered chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) Professor Mahmoud Yakubu to produce documents requested by the People’s Democratic Party (PDP).
Mohammed Garba, leading the five-member panel of judges, asked the INEC chairman to produce the electoral documents by 12: pm on Thursday, July 18.
Also in the same vein, the panel also gave the same order to the Zamfara resident electoral commissioner (REC) to produce results sheets of all the polling units in the state for the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
