Lagos, Nigeria – TrustBanc Holdings Limited started a 20 billion naira commercial paper issuance under its 100 billion naira program. Series 1 and 2 opened March 12 and close March 23, 2026. The funds support working capital in Nigeria, West Africa’s financial center.

Series 1 runs 268 days at 21 percent implied yield. Series 2 lasts 364 days at 23.5 percent yield. Minimum buy is 5 million naira. DataPro rates the issuer A1 short-term.

Okay News reports strong backing. The firm raised 33.09 billion naira across 18 prior series, repaying 31.98 billion naira. Profit after tax hit 1.4 billion naira in 2025, up 96 percent from 2024.

TrustBanc offers fund management, microfinance, and stockbroking through subsidiaries. Net interest income doubled to 2.5 billion naira last year. Assets reached 117 billion naira, with strong shareholder funds.

Yields beat 364-day treasury bills at 16.72 percent. The A+ long-term rating signals solid repayment ability. Investors eye the risk premium amid growth.
