Chairman of the Universal Basic Education Commission (UBEC), Mohammad Mahmood Abubakar, and his daughter have been released by armed bandits who kidnapped them along Kaduna-Abuja expressway on Monday.

Okay Nigeria confirmed the release from one of Mahmood’s aides, Hussain Danladi.

Meanwhile, the aide also revealed that no ransom was paid for their release.
