Personal Struggles and Grief

The actress’s grief comes at a difficult time, as she is also caring for her husband, legendary actor Olu Jacobs, who has been battling dementia for several years.

Following the announcement, condolence messages poured in from Nollywood colleagues, industry associates, and fans across the world, showing solidarity with Silva during this emotional period.

Although John Olabiyi Silva was not a public figure, he was cherished by family and friends, remembered fondly as a cheerful and loving man.
