In the video seen by Okay.ng and which was first shared by Bashir Ahmad, an ex-Special Adviser to the former president.
Bashir posted the video on his official Twitter account. Voices of some excited women and children could be heard in the background.
The happy people could be heard sending their greetings to him. Nigerians spoke and speaking highly of the former President.
