Facebook founder, Mark Zuckerberg, returned to Nigeria to meet with President Muhammadu Buhari and Vice President Yemi Osinbajo at the Presidential Villa on Friday afternoon.

Mr. Zuckerberg, who had earlier visited the country before going to Kenya, came back to participate in the Aso Villa Demo Day, an event organised by the Buhari administration for Nigerians to showcase their ideas for possible investment and support from the government.

According to Bashir Ahmad, social media aide to Mr. Buhari, Vice President Osinbajo teased Mr. Zuckerberg during a closed-door meeting with the president, on why he was not wearing his signature grey T-shirt.

He reportedly said: “Out of respect for the formality of meeting a president.”

Zuckerberg’s attire usually consists of a grey T-shirt, Adidas flip flops and his signature hoodie.

In a public Q&A at Facebook’s HQ, Zuckerberg revealed he wears the same clothes over and over again because he wants to limit the time he spends making “frivolousdecisions so he can concentrate on real work.

He said: “I really want to clear my life so that I have to make as few decisions as possible about anything except how to best serve this community.

“I feel like I’m not doing my job if I spend any of my energy on things that are silly or frivolous about my life, so that way I can dedicate all of my energy towards just building the best products and services,” he added.
