The Registrar of JAMB, Professor Is-haq Oloyede, explained why the examinations body hired 300 new workers without putting out a job advertisement.

He tendered this explanation before the House of Representatives on Monday.

Okay.ng reports that Oloyede said the action was taken because some people retired and they needed new workers.
