Real Madrid coach, Zinedine Zidane, has confirmed that he will sign a contract extension with the Les Blancos after guiding them to back-to-back Champions League titles.

“I’m happy because it’s a sign of confidence, that we have done good work,” Zidane told a pre-match press conference ahead of Real’s Spanish Super Cup showdown with Barcelona on Sunday.

“I have no rescission clause. I am here and enjoy every day. Someday it will be over and our relationship does not depend on contracts or money.

The French tactician who is preparing for another clash with Barcelona in two-legged Spanish sper cup affair said, he is enjoying his job at the moment.

“I am very happy for the confidence that the club has placed in me and in my group for having worked well. I can sign 20 years but I know where I am and what I have to do.

“Within a year I may not be here and that’s it. Real Madrid and I will never discuss. I enjoy this job.”
