The Wazirin Katagum, Alhaji Sule Katagum, on Sunday has died after a protracted illness at the age of 96.
The late Wazirin Katagum is the father of Chief of Staff to Governor Mohammed Abdullahi Abubakar, Architect Audu Sule Katagum.
He will be buried in Azare today at 2:00 PM.
Governor Mohammed Abubakar and other government officials are expected to attend the funeral.
It could be recalled that the Emir of Katagum, Alhaji Kabir Umar and Marafan Katagum, Alhaji Disina Mohammed also died recently.
