The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, National Chairmanship aspirant, Raymond Dokpesi, on Saturday said Nigeria under the current administration of the All Progressives Congress, APC, was now more divided than during the civil war.

Addressing journalists at the party’s rally in Nasarawa State, the business mogul said only the PDP had the capacity to unite the polarised nation and resuscitate its ailing economy.

According to Dokpesi, “We must be very very hopeful, we must look to the future with a lot of prayers.

“I believe that PDP is the only party that can provide the support, that can provide a rejuvenation of the Nigerian economy, that can really deal with the issues of unity and stability.

“This country is more divided now than it was during the civil war.”
