The Police have rescued a young man who was allegedly kept in chains for more than a year in Mushin, Lagos.

According to Channels Tv, the young man’s 85-year-old grandmother alleged that the boy was mentally ill, but the Police Area Commander for Area D condemned the condition under which he had been kept.
