Governor Ayodele Fayose of Ekiti state has given automatic employment to 50 physically challenged indigenes into the State’s Civil and Teaching service.

Fayose made the announcement at a meeting with the Ekiti State Chapter of Nigeria Association of Physically Handicapped on Tuesday in Ado-Ekiti.

The governor said he will continue to support them even when out of office.

In addition, the governor promised to provide 20 wheelchairs for those in need of it.

He also directed a member of the State House of Assembly, Dr. Samuel Omotoso, to make free eye glasses available for those with sight defects from Wednesday.

“I feel your pains, I share your pains and I assure you of continuous support,” the governor said.
