Senator Dino Melaye of the Kogi West Senatorial District, former Governor of Kano, Rabiu Kwankwaso and 13 other Senators have defected to the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
The Senate President, Bukola Saraki made the announcement on during plenary on Tuesday.
