“This is to inform the general public that the sitting of the Osun State Governorship Election Petitions Tribunal has been relocated from High Court of Justice Complex, Osogbo to FCT High Court No 24, Apo Abuja.”

okay.ng recalls that Gboyega Oyetola of the All Progressives Congress (APC) was declare winner of the election which held on September 22, 2018, but the Peoples Democratic Party’s candidate, Senator Ademola Adeleke has since approached the tribunal, asking it to declare him the winner of the governorship election in the state.

The lawmaker and his party asked the tribunal led by Justice T.A. Igoche to nullify the victory of the governor-elect in the September 22 election.

They also asked the tribunal to declare the senator the winner of the poll because he polled the highest number of lawful votes cast and met other requirements of the law.
