ASUU, FG meeting ends, postponed to a later date

The Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) and Federal Government have ended their meeting on the lingering strike.

IGP Orders Immediate Disbandment of Federal SARS

Mohammed Adamu, Acting Inspector General of Police, has ordered the immediate disbandment of the Federal Special Anti-Robbery Squad, FSARS.

Court restrains EFCC, Police, DSS from arresting Fani-Kayode, Odumakin

An Abuja Federal High Court restrained the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, (EFCC), the Department of State Services (DSS) and the Nigeria Police from arresting or detaining Femi Fani-Kayode and Yinka Odumakin.

The order was given by Justice John Tsoho following an ex parte application argued by Chukwuma Machukwu-Ume (SAN) on behalf of Femi Fani-Kayode and Yinka Odumakin. – Read HERE
