Manchester City striker, Sergio Aguero has paid tribute to fellow Argentine footballer and Cardiff City striker, Emiliano Sala.

Sala’s body was seen in the wreckage of a plane which crashed in the English Channel.

The 28-year-old footballer and pilot David Ibbotson went missing from radar near Guernsey two weeks ago.

The Manchester City star sent a farewell message through his Official Twitter account.

He wrote: β€œRest in peace, Emiliano. My condolences to his friends and family #PrayForSala”
