Gbenga Daniel leaves PDP, quits partisan politics

Otunba Gbenga Daniel, former Governor of Ogun State, has announced his decision to quit his membership of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and also involvement in partisan politics.

Okay Nigeria recalls that Gbenga Daniel was the Director-General of Atiku Abubakar Presidential Campaign Organization before the former Vice President emerged as the presidential candidate of the PDP.

Daniel made his decision to quit PDP in a letter dated 14th of March, 2019 and addressed to the National Chairman of the party, Prince Uche Secondus.

The short letter reads, “My decision in this regard is entirely personal to me and having served in various capacities, including as Governor of Ogun State, I have resolved to immerse myself in some other vocations and take on some new challenges.” – Read More HERE
