Lagos Police arrest two suspects in connection to kidnap of fire service director, others

The Lagos Police command have arrested two suspects linked to kidnap of Razak Musibau, Lagos Fire Service director, in Ikorodu.

Okay Nigeria had reported that Musibau, six others were released on Tuesday after the kidnapped on Saturday.

However, the two suspects were arrested on Wednesday morning along at Ibafun along Ikorodu- Ijebu Ode Express Way.

Elkana Bala, Police Public Relations Officer of the Lagos Police, confirmed the arrest saying efforts of the Command’s tactical teams lead to the capture of the two suspects.

According to Bala, Blessing Bayo (M) 29yrs and Smart Alfred (M) 32yrs, the two suspects, who have confessed to the crime are indigenes of Ondo State.

He further stated that two single barrel guns were recovered from them.

Also, investigation is still ongoing to arrested other suspects who are on the run.
