JAMB, tertiary institutions peg official cut-off mark at 160

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has pegged cut-off mark at 160 for admission into public universities.

Okay.ng reports that the decision was reached during the 19th policy meeting on admissions to tertiary institutions in Nigeria at Bola Babalakin auditorium, Gbongan, Osun state, on Tuesday.

The meeting also okayed 140 for private universities, 120 for public polytechnic and 110 for private polytechnic.

Furthermore, 100 and above was approved for colleges of education.
