A Federal High Court in Abuja on Friday has affirmed the suspension of Omoyele Sowore as the National Chairman of the African Action Congress (AAC), and Malcom Fabiyi as the Deputy National Chairman.

It can be recalled that the ACC suspended Sowore and Fabiyi alongside others over anti-party activities.
