David Luiz has completed his move from Chelsea to Arsenal.

The England club announced the permanent transfer through its official Twitter handle on Thursday.

Speaking on the move, Arsenal’s coach Unai Emery said: “David has huge experience and I look forward to working with him again. He is a well known player and adds to our defensive strength.”

Luiz will wear the number 23 jersey.
