The Police has announced the arrest of a serial killer targeting women in Port Harcourt, River state.

Okay.ng gathered that the suspect named Gracious David West was arrested on Thursday, September 19, 2019, along the East-West Road on his way to Uyo, Akwa Ibom State from Port Harcourt.

According to the Police, the 25-year-old man from Buguma Local Government Area of Rivers State will be presented at a press briefing Friday at the Police Command headquarters in Port Harcourt.

His arrest was disclosed through the official Twitter of the Police on Thursday evening.
