INEC continues collation of Kogi election results (LIVE)

Kog Governorship Election Collation Centre in Lokoja

Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has continued the collation of results of the governorship election in Kogi State.

Okay.ng had earlier reported that the Returning Officer for the election, Professor Ibrahim Umar, suspended the exercise on the grounds that results of the election in the remaining two local governments weren’t available.

However, the process resumed at 10:00 am on Monday with results from Ibaji Local Government.

Here are the figures announced underneath:

APC 12,682
PDP 10,504

Total Registered voters- 76,575
Total Accredited -25,598
Total Valid Votes- 23,842
Total Rejected Votes 1,426
Total – 25,268
