Reports reaching the news desk of Okay.ng states that a fire outbreak gutted a building at Yaya Abatan, Ogba, Lagos State.
Men of the fire service were already on ground.
According to an eyewitness at the scene of the incident, the fire started as some unidentified persons were burning tyres which went out of control.
