Despite the modest rise in points, the Super Eagles were overtaken by Paraguay, who now sit just above them. Meanwhile, Côte d’Ivoire fell four places to 45th, accumulating 1483.45 points after a series of disappointing results.

Other notable movements include Portugal and the Netherlands climbing one spot each to 6th and 7th, respectively, with Portugal recording the highest points gain among the top ten (+20.45). Germany dropped to 9th, and Italy slipped two places to 11th after losing 15.73 points.
In the broader context, Mexico made the largest leap within the top 20, jumping four places to 13th with a significant 42.79-point gain. The USA and Norway also recorded impressive point increases, each adding over 20 points.
At the bottom of the rankings, San Marino remains the lowest-ranked team at 210th with 738.24 points.
