The Nigerian government won’t be sending a delegation for the 2015 hajj in Saudi Arabia

Malam Garba Shehu, Senior Special Assistant to President Muhammadu Buhari on Media and Publicity made the announcement on Monday . He quoted the president as saying that the decision was not targeted at any individual or group.
