Kenyan journalist Ahmed Dharwesh of KTN is dead.

He reportedly died quietly on his sofa after suffering from Diabetes for some time.

The news was broken on Twitter and confirmed by former KTN reporter Charity Kimani who wrote :

“This is too hard to digest. Daru, just spoke to you not too long ago. Why? Cant stop the tears from my eyes. I will
never forget working with you, our lunch trips with our colleagues, the jokes, the advice you gave..
You will be missed. We have lost a humble man….God loved you more. Rest in Peace Darwesh Ahmed Im speechless….No words can describe….”
