White Witches Association of Nigeria, have thrown their spiritual powers behind the ongoing anti-corruption war of the President Muhammadu Buhari administration. They do have cheery news for the governing All Progressives Congress (APC). According to them, the party will crack because of the Senate President, Bukola Saraki.

Spokesperson of the White Witches Association of Nigeria, (WHIWTAN), Dr Okhue Iboi, who made this known to our correspondent in a telephone interview on Friday, from his Lagos base in Western Nigeria, claimed that their decision to support President Buhari’s anti-graft war was reached at  an emergency meeting of the association at Ofosu, Edo State.

According to Iboi, ‘’as stakeholders in the project called Nigeria, we can’t fold our arms and pretend that all is well with our country. We will not be patriotic if we fail to support government at this critical period. In attendance at the Ofosu meeting were witches from the 36 states of the federation, including Katsina State, the home state of President Buhari.’’

Iboi who said he has the mandate of the association to make this public, also called  on Buhari to be firm and resolute, saying the president has nothing to fear.
‘’Treasury looters are even lucky that it is Buhari who is going after them. On our own, we had decided to wage a spiritual war against looters in the country, and our own punishment would have been harsher’’, he said.

The witches say they are ready to partner with government if the president so wish to invite them over for talks on how to move the country forward. According to him, ‘’contrary to wide held impression, white witches are not evil people. We liberate people from the evil people. We are messengers of God, and for over 20 years now, we have been speaking regularly in the media on some national issues’’.

On the scandalous arms deal, the witches say, ‘’Nigerians have not seen anything yet. The revelations coming out now are just a tip of the iceberg. Some top placed Nigerians, highly influential people are still going to be exposed as looters. But let me quickly add this, there will be no peace for looters. It was revealed to us in our crystal ball that many of the looters will drop dead between now and March, 2016’’.
