Senator Ben Bruce representing Bayelsa East constituency, in Bayelsa State, has congratulated Governor Seriake Dickson over his re-election as the state governor.
Dickson, candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) was declared winner of the poll by the INEC REC, after polling 134,998 votes, beating his main challenger, Timipreye Sylva of the All Progressives Congress (APC), who polled 86,852 votes.
