Edo state governor has appointed four new Permanent-Secretaries, just a few hours to the end of his tenure.
The Chief Press Secretary to the governor, Mr Peter Okhiria, listed the appointees as Mr Anthony Okungbowa, Ministry of Justice, Mr Kadiri Bashiru, Secretary,Nigeria Labour Congress .
Others are Mr Y.A Imoudu, Chairman, Association of Secondary School Principals and Mrs Obosamwinye Obazee, Headmistress.
The new permanent secretaries would be sworn in by the departing governor this afternoon.
