The National Working Committee (NWC) of the Ali Modu-Sheriff led faction of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has suspended the executive committee of the party in Edo State over what it described as irregularities in the last state congress of the party in the state.
The statement signed by Modu-Sheriff and Wale Oladapo, the faction’s national secretary, also appointed a caretaker committee for the state.
