President Muhammadu Buhari on Sunday evening departed Abuja with three governors of the federation to Japan.
Okay.ng understands that Buhari is to attend the seventh Tokyo International Conference on African Development (TICAD7).
The three governors on trip with the president are Babajide Sanwo-Olu of Lagos, Babagana Zulum of Borno and AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq of Kwara.
