CBN Announces Launch of Redesigned Website on December 2

The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) has announced the launch of its newly redesigned website, set to go live on Monday, December 2, 2024.

The announcement was made through a press release signed by Hakama Sidi Ali, Acting Director of Corporate Communications, where the apex bank detailed the new features and improvements aimed at enhancing user experience.

“We are pleased to announce the launch of our newly redesigned website (www.cbn.gov.ng), which will be operational on Monday, December 2, 2024,” Sidi-Ali said.

The redesigned website boasts enhanced features aimed at improving navigation and accessibility. The platform has been optimized for mobile devices and is compatible with various web browsers and devices, ensuring seamless access for all users.

“The bank is grateful for the feedback provided by the public, which served as a valuable guide for our redesign endeavors,” she added.

The CBN reaffirmed its commitment to maintaining a robust communication channel with the public, emphasizing that the revamped website is part of ongoing efforts to facilitate better engagement.

“Please follow our different social media channels linked on the website’s home page for more updates.”

The CBN emphasized that the redesign incorporates user feedback and aligns with its commitment to continuous improvement.

The release further stated: “We encourage the public to provide feedback on their experience with the new website, as it will help us to improve. Users are also encouraged to follow us on our social media platforms linked on the homepage of the new website for timely updates.”
