Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Ondo State, Mr Fatai Adams, has been reported dead.
Okay.ng reports that the details surrounding his death remain undisclosed, but reports indicate that he passed away in the early hours of Wednesday.
Mr Kennedy Peretei, the state Publicity Secretary of the party, confirmed the unfortunate incident.
He expressed the party’s intention to provide official communication to the media regarding the matter. “Yes it is true but we will soon communicate you properly on the incident,” Peretei stated.
This tragic news comes in the wake of the suspension of Mr Fatai Adams by the State Working Committee of the PDP in Ondo State last month. The party cited his alleged involvement in anti-party activities as the reason for his suspension.
