COVID-19: Nigeria reports 276 new cases, total now 8344

The Nigeria Center for Disease Control (NCDC) has announced 276 new cases of COVID-19 in Nigeria on Tuesday, May 26, 2020.

According to NCDC, Of the 276 new cases, 161 are in Lagos, 36 in Rivers, 27 in Edo, 19 in Kaduna, 10 in Nasarawa, 6 in Oyo, 4 in Kano, 3 in Delta, 3 in Ebonyi, 2 in Gombe, 1 in Ogun, 1 in Ondo, 1 in Borno, 1 in Abia, and 1 in Bauchi.

The NCDC also announced that as of 11:30 pm on 26th May, there are 8344 total COVID-19 confirmed cases reported in Nigeria.

Two thousand, three hundred and eighty-five (2385) patients have been discharged with two hundred and forty-nine (249) deaths across the country.
