COVID-19: Ondo govt lifts ban on religious gatherings

The Ondo State Government has lifted the ban on religious gatherings in the state.

Governor Rotimi Akeredolu made this announcement while briefing newsmen at the State Government House in Akure.

According to the governor, while churches will only operate on Sunday, Mosques will also be opened only on Friday.

He also announced that the state has also recorded second death of coronavirus

The Governor said religious activities should be guided and syndicated.
