Reports reaching our media state that places like Borno, Adamawa and Yobe States might not partake in the upcoming 2015 elections, unless something is done about those that have been displaced, that even returning for the governorship elections might be difficult, if not impossible under the circumstances.
In a statement made by the INEC chairman “To be realistic, we must say that it may be impossible to conduct elections in every local government, in every constituency, especially in those three states” said Prof Jega.
