Popular Nigerian singer Falz has revealed that he has not been in a romantic relationship since 2008.
Speaking on the latest episode of the Morning Rush show, Falz, now 33 years old, disclosed that his last relationship was when he was 18.
“Let us not get into this, it is going to be a dangerous answer. My last relationship was in 2008,” Falz stated.
“I was 18 years old precisely. It is not like I am running away. It has just been like a rollercoaster, a couple of different things for a couple of different reasons. It keeps changing, and I just have not felt ready.”
The singer explained that his prolonged single status is not due to avoidance but rather a personal feeling of unreadiness. Falz also shared what he finds attractive in a woman, emphasizing the importance of “aura, energy, and swag.”
“When I say the aura, I don’t mean that loosely,” he added.
“I am coming from a realm where I thought I liked light-skin babes or babes with big breasts and other fickle things. I am in a realm where it is not about that. Now, it is about the kind of energy you ooze.”
