The Federal Ministry of Youth Development has revealed a new e-portal for young people interested in operating CNG-powered tricycles in the commercial transport sector.

At a press conference in his office on Monday, Ayodele Olawande, the Minister of State for Youth Development, revealed this information.

The portal aims to facilitate the enrollment of youths into the Presidential Compressed Natural Gas Initiative (PiCNG) and provide opportunities for them to become tricycle owners.

The initiative, launched on October 1, 2024, includes the distribution of 2,000 CNG-powered tricycles to empower Nigerian youths.
