King Wasiu Ayinde Marshal, the celebrated Fuji music maestro popularly known as K1 De Ultimate, has announced the death of his beloved mother, Alhaja Halima Shadiya Anifowoshe.
Alhaja Halima passed away at the age of 105.
K1 shared the heartbreaking news on his Instagram account on Saturday morning, posting a photo of himself with his late mother. He captioned it with a prayerful reflection: “Inna Lillahi wa inna ilayhi Raji’un. RIP Mama.”
The announcement has drawn an outpouring of condolences and tributes from fans, colleagues, and well-wishers, who have taken to social media to offer prayers and support to the grieving music icon.
