Nigerian singer, Omawumi Boma Megbele is 33 years old today. Now heavily-pregnant with her second child, the award winning singer was born on April 13, 1982 in Warri, Delta State to late Dr. Frank Anirejuoritse Megbele and Mrs Aya Queen Megbele. At the age of 8, Omawumi was already a lead vocalist in the children’s choir of Foursquare Gospel Church in Warri. She’s a 2005 graduate of Law from Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma, Edo State. In May 2007, her career in music began when she emerged as 1st Runner Up of Idols West Africa. Today, Omawumi is no doubt one of the finest female musicians in the land, with several awards to show for her hard work. The singer is currently gearing up for her traditional wedding ceremony to her boo, Tosin Yusuf in Delta State billed for April 18, 2015….
