Kogi State House of Assembly has confirmed as the deputy governor of the state.
Okay.ng reports that the assembly on Monday, October 21, 2019, confirmed the appointment of Onoja following Simon Achuba’s impeachment.
The assembly speaker, Mathew Kolawole, presided over a special sitting to confirm Onoja’s appointment.
Onoja is expected to be sworn-in by the state chief judge, Justice Nadir Ajana.
