Minister of Niger Delta Affairs, Godswill Akpabio, has said that most contracts in the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) are given to members of the National Assembly.
Akpabio said this when he appeared before the House Committee on Niger Delta investigating the NDDC.
In his words: “Most of the contracts in NDDC are given out to the members of the National Assembly. If you don’t know, please ask the two chairmen.”
The minister further alleged that there were records to back his claims.
