Former Minister of Aviation, Hadi Sirika, his brother, Ahmad Sirika, and Enginos Nigeria Limited, have been arraigned on a 10-count charge of N19.4 billion airport contract fraud before the FCT High Court in Garki, Abuja.

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) accused the defendants of conspiring to commit fraud and misappropriating funds meant for airport contracts, potentially diverting resources away from critical airport development projects.

The defendants pleaded not guilty to the charges read to them before Justice Suleman Belgore.

The case has been adjourned for further hearing.
